Common questions
Do you validate systems you did not supply?
Yes. Our validation team works on CORPEX systems and on third-party LIMS, QMS, ERP and chromatography data systems, following GAMP 5 and a risk-based CSA approach.
Which instruments can be connected to the LIMS?
Both PC-based instruments (such as chromatography and spectroscopy systems) and simple non-PC instruments (such as balances and pH meters) can be interfaced, regardless of manufacturer.
Is support available in Arabic?
Yes. CORPEX is based in Egypt, and support, training and validation documentation are available in Arabic and English.
